Als "Fast Food" werden heute die falschen LebensMittel bezeichnet. Ein Butterbrot mit einem Apfel "geht" viel schneller, sättigt ebenso - und ist viel gesünder.
 

The terminus "Fast Food" is used today absolutely misleading. Bread & butter with an apple is much faster, fills also - and is much more healty.
